ATAG Heating is a well-established name in the HVAC industry, offering efficient and sustainable solutions like boilers and heat pumps. Based in Kapellen, they support customers with a tight-knit team of around ten people and a network of technicians. Along with sister brands Ariston and Elco, ATAG is part of the international Ariston Group, which has nearly a century of experience.

From ambition to action
In 2019, ATAG came to deBottomline with a clear goal: to expand their dealer network. We proposed a straightforward communication plan that instantly clicked. Our pragmatic approach and fresh perspective on the brand helped turn the collaboration into a long-term relationship built on trust. Today, we support ATAG – as well as Elco (fuel-based solutions) and Ariston (water heaters) – across the board.
Three target groups, one clear plan
Each year, we create a strategic communication plan tailored to three specific audiences. We combine clear visual communication with inspiring campaigns and practical tools for SelectDealers. The results are evident: more clients, stronger loyalty, and growing brand awareness.
Adapting fast, thinking ahead
Our role goes far beyond that of a typical agency. When the COVID pandemic made the annual SelectDealer event impossible, we swiftly pivoted to a digital format. It turned out to be a big success and cemented our role as a flexible, solution-driven partner. Since then, we’ve kept innovating every year with creative concepts and relevant content.
Change as a constant
ATAG’s transition into the Ariston Group brought a wave of internal changes. Thanks to our structure and deep sector knowledge, we kept their communication running smoothly. We also helped them respond to the global chip shortage by quickly shifting focus toward product availability and highlighting alternative benefits.
