SFTL (Social Fund for Transport and Logistics) is the security fund for companies in the road transport and logistics sector. It supports businesses that employ drivers or logistics workers, but also the sector as a whole. Think campaigns, activities and collaborations with schools to secure the sector’s future. We’ve been their communication partner since 2018.

A pressing shortage tackled creatively

The shortage of truck drivers has been a major issue for years. An ageing workforce only increases the pressure. Together with SFTL, we tackled the problem creatively through the "Adventurous Jobs" campaign. By sparking curiosity without immediately revealing it was about truck driving, we challenged the stigma.

From recruitment to strengthening the sector

This initial campaign launched a broader collaboration. We now work on the sector’s image, attract new talent and strengthen communication with industry players.

From campaign to strategic partnership

Our partnership is broad and structural:

  • Strategic multi-year plans: design, rollout, follow-up.
  • Campaigns: strategy, production, media management, analysis.
  • Productions: video and photo shoots, including editing.
  • Marketing automation and database management.
  • Direct mailings to companies in the sector.

We collaborate with a single point of contact for monthly check-ins. For specific campaigns, we assemble the right team. This keeps us efficient and well aligned.

Results? Greater awareness, increased inflow - and sometimes so much response that we had to end campaigns early. A luxury problem.
