KidsLife
KidsLife is responsible for paying out birth grants and child benefits to young and expecting parents in Belgium. It’s a regulated player in the public sector with over 200 employees, spread across offices in Brussels, Bruges and regional satellites.

A pitch won through empathy and realism
Our partnership with KidsLife started in 2019, after we won a pitch focused on CRM and content creation. What convinced them? Our deep understanding of their audience - pregnant women - and our realistic, technical approach to CRM. What started as a setup project grew into a collaboration centred on lead generation and efficiency.
Tech, tactics and teamwork
We started by implementing their CRM platform and developing relevant content. Since then, we’ve been supporting their online presence, analysing lead generation, launching programmatic campaigns and providing statistical audience insights.
From setup to ownership
We handed over the CRM system to the internal team after providing training. Since then, we’ve acted as a strategic sounding board—offering input, regular evaluations and advice for continuous optimisation.
The result? A higher website conversion rate and less reliance on SEA for leads.
Between data and audiences, with nuance
KidsLife faced a complex challenge: how to handle sensitive pregnancy-related data within strict legal and ethical boundaries? Collecting, structuring and using data had to be GDPR-compliant, ethically sound and highly relevant.
The tension between commercial efficiency and public sector communication made this case unique. Our strength was in finding the right balance, without losing impact.

They’re always solution-oriented and often think outside the box to reach specific goals.
