Doctena is a digital platform that connects healthcare professionals with patients. Practitioners can digitise their schedules and run their practice more efficiently, while patients book appointments online in just a few clicks. The Luxembourg-based company is the market leader at home, but Belgium offered lots of growth potential.

Fast, focused and built on trust
Since early 2024, we’ve been working with Doctena. They found us via Sortlist and chose us for our speed, flexibility and results-driven mindset. Doctena has its own in-house marketing team, but sees us as a strategic and creative extension for larger campaigns. The goal: build a stronger presence in the Belgian market, with both patients and healthcare professionals.
Patients first, professionals next
We created strategic campaigns that delivered impact right away. For patients, we handled strategy, creative concept, media planning and full production: from radio ads to social media assets and online video. We set up the campaigns, monitored them, optimised where needed and reported results thoroughly.
The success of this campaign led to a second assignment, focused on professionals. Here, the focus was on brand awareness and recruiting new healthcare professionals. Once again, we handled strategy, creation, execution and analysis.
From click to clarity
Thanks to a transparent reporting tool, their team received weekly performance insights. Each campaign wrapped up with a business review full of concrete recommendations.
Big in Luxembourg, still finding their way in Belgium
Doctena had little knowledge of the Belgian market and no clear way to stand out from competitors. As market leader in Luxembourg, they wanted a foothold in Belgium but lacked local insights and media knowledge. We brought that expertise and delivered campaigns that really hit home.
